What Documents Do We Offer?
Your Last Will and Testament is a legal document wherein you provide instruction as to how your estate (which is basically everything you own at death) should be distributed.
It does not become legally effective until the moment of your death. This means that while you’re still living, you’re free to alter it, change it, or destroy it.
Your Basic Trust is a legal document wherein you provide instructions to your Trustee on how to manage and distribute the trust property for the benefit of the beneficiary.
A trust, unlike a Will, becomes effective immediately. So, depending on whether it is revocable or irrevocable, you will have to give up some or all control over the trust property.
You Living Will is a legal document that provides notice to medical providers as to how you want to proceed if you ever have to be resuscitated or placed on life support.
This is a necessary document if you do not want to be resuscitated or placed on life support should the need arise (hopefully it wont, but you never know).
This document combines your Last Will and Testament with a Testamentary Trust. It’s just like your Last Will with a Trust attached.
The Testamentary Trust operates just like a Basic Trust except that it does not become legally effective until the moment of your death. Basically, you’re providing instructions to create a trust upon your death.
All you have to do is click on the document you want, fill out the form, and within hours we’ll have your document back to you along with a simple set of instructions for finalizing the document.
Just think, in about 10 minutes you could have your assets and your family completely taken care of!!!
